Buckinghamshire countryside in the snow
A temperature of -19.6C was recorded in Chesham between Saturday night and Sunday morning, after heavy snow had fallen in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.
The adverse weather has left Chiltern Trains operating a reduced service, with just two trains per hour to many of the stations. See their website for more updates on local train services.

It seems strange now the snow has finally gone, I was getting used to everything being white when I looked out the window! Won't miss the icy pavements though!
