Hi I am new to the Beaconsfield area and to this site. I have a 5-year old daughter who would just love to make some friends locally (we are on the (long) waiting list for Beaconsfield schools) but it would be great if anyone could suggest where we could go to meet similar aged children, clubs to join etc. Or if anyone lives in New Beaconsfield/Woodside Avenue location with young children, please get in touch and maybe pop around for a coffee and play :-)

    I'm the community publisher for the site, and always glad to see new folks joining.

    There are usually a number of kids clubs running over the summer, in and around Beaconsfield - pop into the Beacon Sports Centre in Holtspur, take a look on their notice board: The Curzon Centre in Beaconsfield New Town and the Library can be useful places also for news of upcoming kids event.
