BEACONSFIELD AND HOLTSPUR OLYMPIC EVENT SAT JULY 7TH 2012

Please note the first meeting of the Beaconsfield Town Olympic Event steering group will be held at 7.45pm at the Beacon Centre, Holtspur on Weds Nov 16th from 7.45pm

The meeting will be to;

1) Form a steering committee to organise the event
2) Identify key contacts for each of the schools/churches/local groups etc
3) Identify key business partners with a view to sponsoring the event/s
4) General idea brainstorm to formulate the event running order
5) Plan a timetable of action in order to ensure that Sat July 7th 2012 is everything we want it to be.

Please note that your attendance does not mean you will be forced onto the committee however this is an event for the town to be organised by the town, therefore your involvement/attendance will count.

Should you think of any other contacts, groups, clubs, societies, businesses that should or might want to be involved then pleasetell them about the meeting.

this will be a great event for the town organised by people of the town - come and get involved!
