Unexplained death – Wooburn Green, near Beaconsfield

Thames Valley Police was called at around 11.30am on Saturday 28th January following a report from a member of the public that they had found a man's body in a secluded area just off Green Common Lane in Wooburn Common, near Beaconsfield.

Emergency services attended the scene and confirmed that a Polish man in his forties was dead.

Det Supt Rob Mason, leading the investigation, said: "We are currently treating this death as unexplained and investigating the circumstances surrounding how the man died.

"The result of the post mortem examination carried out on Saturday was inconclusive and we are currently waiting for the results of further test to be carried out."

The next of kin have been informed but no formal identification has taken place at this stage.

Since then Thames Valley Police officers have made three arrests.

A 21-year-old man from West London has been arrested today (2/2), and is currently in custody at Aylesbury police station.

A 36-year-old man and a 32-year-old man, both from West London, arrested earlier have now been released on bail to return to Aylesbury police station on Tuesday (7/2).
