Thinking of returning to netball or want to try it for the first time?

Nexus Community and South Bucks District Council are working in partnership with England Netball to provide new Return to Netball sessions for the residents of South Bucks. Whether you enjoyed playing netball at school or stopped playing more recently and would love to start again, then this is perfect for you. Return to Netball is a great way of meeting new people and trying a new sport in a really fun way.

South Bucks District Councillor Anita Cranmer, Portfolio Holder for Community says, "In this exciting year of sport, as a host authority for the London 2012 Games we are encouraging women to try a new activity and rediscover the love of playing sport with other like minded women."

Return to Netball is a great gentle introduction to the sport for female players aged sixteen and over. All sessions are led by a fully qualified coach and will cover basic skills, development and court play. The emphasis of each session is learning new skills and having fun playing with netball friends.

These sessions are aimed at all abilities and focus on helping you to rediscover a sport you had forgotten or simply to get active again a fun way.

Return to Netball only costs £3 for member of Nexus Community and £3.50 for non member per session. The sessions will be starting at the Beacon Sport Centre and Theatre in Beaconsfield on Wednesday 23rd May 9.30am-10.30am.
