Just in case all those new years good intentions are starting to wane I thought I'd compile this list of all things healthy in Beaconsfield to keep you inspired.

It starts this weekend with the Beaconsfield Farmers Market which is brimming healthy local produce from vegetables to organic free range meat.

What could be more fun than dancing yourself fit? At the Beaconsfield School of Dance you could try your hand at Adult Beginners Jazz Dance or Adult Beginners Ballet Class. Dancing is one of the most complete ways you can exercise and this couldn't be more true for Jazzercise which combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing movements into one 60-minute total body workout.

If you need a personal touch why not get in touch with Sunrise Personal Fitness Training, Jeremy Sammes Personal Trainer or the Xcelerate Fitness Beaconsfield Personal Trainer. They'll be with you every step of the way.

If it's the releif of stress, rebalancing and healing of mind body and soul you need Fusion Health Healing and More in Beaconsfield is the place to go. They offer not one but two Reiki Masters making it possible to have Dual Reiki Treatment which provides double the healers, double the energy, double the benefit.. On top of training they also offer sessions, workshops and practitioner training.

If you want to get fit and learn how to defend yourself at the same time you could Learn American Kickboxing or B B M Traditional Shotokan Karate.

Finally if you're not sure where to start I recommend popping in to the Beacon Centre which is a pleasant sports centre in Beaconsfield. It has a large newly equiped gym, extensive group exercise programmes and a 4-court sports hall suitable for badminton, football, basketball and volleyball. They also have plenty of outdoor facilities.

If all of that seems a bit to hectic you could always take a walk around the beautiful Beaconsfield countryside. I particularly recommend the Forty Green Pub Walk which starts and finishes at the Royal Standard of England (with Sunday roast as an optional extra, ooops!).
